Visit the eThekwini website and identify the Department that is likely to be responsible for the policy that you are looking for. To do this navigate to the page of eThekwini's Administrative Clusters here

Once on the Administrative Clusters page you will be able to click on links to the following administrative clusters and then navigate to the Department that you are interested in.

• Economic Development and Planning;
• Human Settlements, Engineering and Transportation;
• Strategic Management;
• Trading Services (Electricity/Water & Sanitation/Cleansing & Solid Waste);
